Shannon Denise Stealey is a California-based attorney with nearly two decades of legal experience focused on real estate, business law, and financial services.
Ms. Stealey began her legal career with a foundation in land use and permitting, developing an early specialization in navigating regulatory frameworks and entitlement processes. She later expanded her practice to include a broad range of transactional real estate matters, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and deal structuring, while also representing clients in real estate disputes and business litigation. This combination gives her a practical, deal-to-dispute perspective that allows her to counsel clients through both transactions and conflicts with a strong eye toward business objectives and risk management.

Her background includes handling matters involving ethics and legal malpractice, as well as family law, further reflecting the breadth of her litigation and advisory practice. Her background also includes approximately six years at Wells Fargo, where she worked within commercial banking, corporate banking, and investment banking environments. During this time, she developed additional expertise in mortgage banking, regulatory compliance, controls, and risk management, which she now leverages in advising clients on complex real estate, financial services, and business matters.
Ms. Stealey earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law and has been licensed to practice law in the State of California since 2007.
